Thank you for choosing Trendy Tresses here at Sfactor Salon and Spa with Lataucha..  Here are a few guidelines to follow before booking.  

 

All appointments will be required to pay a $25 to $400 deposit depending on type of service. Deposit goes towards your service total. Deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable. Remaining balance due day of service with cash or zelle payment to 214-455-8545,or paypal.me/LatauchaBell

 

CANCELLATIONS

 You must cancel your appointment at least 24hrs prior to your appointment time to prevent being charged no show fee half of your appointment service.  Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

RUNNING LATE

A $25 fee will be applied for arrivals more than 20 minutes late.

If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please communicate with me, and you may have to reschedule.

SALON RULES

Please No Food but in eating area! Drinks are welcome.

Kids allowed at the salon only if they can sit with little to no attention. Space is limited and your experience should be relaxing,

Detangle Hair Before Arrival

Please detangle your hair before arrival. If you just took down braids, sew-ins, and etc  please comb out and detangle your hair before your appointment. If your hair is not detangled ,  your appointment will be cancelled your deposit will be forfeited or extra charge of $25 o more.

EXTENSIONS

All Extension services at Trendy Tresses will exclusively use hair provided by me. No outside hair will be accepted, no exceptions. Clients hair must have a minimum of 6 to 7 inches natural hair to ensure proper braid down and coverage for leave-out. Consultations a must for all hair extensions, color services and some hair cuts.

SILK PRESS

For all silk press appointments, hair must be 6 inches or longer no exceptions. If your hair do not meet length requirement, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will l be forfeited.
